Hello!

I’m excited to share a round up of colorful furniture for you today.  These pieces are great inspiration as you are thinking about what color to paint the next piece, or how to incorporate a statement piece in your home.

So I wanted to highlight pieces of furniture that have inspired and can continue to inspire! The color, architectural design, elements of flare, and bold hardware speak for themselves. Each piece enhances its little nook where it is nestled into life. Hopefully you gain inspiration or a renewed sense of creativity through these works of art!

ONE.

The super rich teal palate from Thirty Eighth Street. The sharp edges and soft curves. The unbelievably ornate golden hardware. The size of this piece just demands attention. And who doesn’t love a great rug!

TWO.

I cannot stop thinking that this piece is adorable by Craftivity Designs. The neutrals found in the tanish-yellow palatte and brown hardware bring serenity to this book nook that most likely is home to sticky-fingered little kiddos who are balanced by this cute little accent piece.

THREE.

The straight lines of this beautiful cabinet are accented by the beautiful color.  The milk glass knobs soften the piece, just enough to be sweet to all of the cute decor surrounding this stunning piece by From Evija with Love

FOUR.

There is not one ounce of subtlety here by Recreated Designs! This magenta pink dresser screams Spring-time and fresh air with the hand painted lavender floral statement. I would like to think some spunky little girl owns this jazzy number!

FIVE.

One of the most impressive features of this gorgeous emerald green dresser by Entri Ways, is this royal hardware. The knocker style golden pulls bring this dresser into a class of its own. The emerald green would go so great with so many color palates, black & white carpets being one of them!

SIX.

This is one of my all time favorite pieces, the teal color washed effect only highlights the hand carved lines and curves. Finished with glass white porcelain knobs, a room of red would do just fine with this bold piece. I did this one! For more details see the full blog post on this one here.

SEVEN.

This little piece is: just. too. cool. The navy base coat brings so much richness amidst the yellow pop of hand painted greatness. And as if the navy and sunflower yellow combo wasn’t enough, those yellow knobs just put this piece over the edge! I imagine it lives in some chic city apartment owned by a very eclectic individual. Fabulous makeover by Art is Beauty.

EIGHT.

Can we just stop and admire the unbelievable curves of this little cutie. The drawers even boast their fancy little curves. However, That Sweet Tea Life did an incredible job of accentuating the curves even more with the cream inlaid paint & hardware. What a statement.

NINE.

The inspiration this piece brings is notable. What a great great design with so much creativity by Riveted Studio. I feel very traveled just looking at it 😉 The decoration to accompany this piece could be so minimal because this unique dresser brings so much personality to the space.

TEN.

This color though. How can anyone deny Yellow’s ability to bring warmth to any room. Speaking of warmth, did you catch the faux fireplace housed within this incredible entertainment center. Yellow makes quite the statement in the living room of Just the Woods.

ELEVEN.

When highlighting inspiring pieces from incredible artists like Sweet Serendipity, this one had to be included. Look at how beautiful this piece is, featuring floral print laid onto wood. I love the natural wood base that gives way to beauty in flowers. The pewter hardware ground the piece just right.

TWELVE.

Three things that just work perfectly in this piece by Rancho La Flor. (1) the deep rich stain of the perimeters of wood. (2) the golden goddess of a peacock. (3) the tiny little gold knobs that compliment that peacock. Oh, and the gorgeous turquoise paint.

THIRTEEN.

Well, we wrap it up with another one of mine.  I couldn’t resist a perfect pink blush on this piece. The original hardware is complimented perfectly with the rich dark stain of this wooden top. More details on this piece here.
